## Methods

- [`RotateLocal2D`](/api/Sandbox.MatrixExtensions/RotateLocal2D): Prepends a rotation in degrees to a 2D affine matrix, leaving its origin unchanged. Positive angles rotate clockwise in screen coordinates. Mutates the matrix without validation.
