I dislike that the "needs work" review option has a poop emoji, because this isn't bad. It's very clearly an early build, or just a slowly built project and needs time. It's not good at the moment, but I know it can be good in the future.

Overall performance is pretty bad, missing assets on weapons and level, movement is fun but it's not enough to save it from the other issues
