The Shovel Update - 0.4.0 ALPHA

I made the innovative decision to add the shovel to troll o shovel. I also added many UI adjustments & bug fixes along with better online stability.

-add shovel to troll o shovel
-add shovel hit animation
-fix bonk network delay
-add killstreak indicator
-minor UI adjustments in lobby and indicators
-add input hints to HUD
-add indication of mental anguish
-fix latency indicators stuck at 0ms
-input glyphs
-fix ragdolls... mayhaps
