The citizens are misunderstood. Everyone has only seen them in their primitive naked form for so long now that they can't imagine them any other way.
This month I took some steps to rectify that, by working on hair and some newer clothes for them to wear.
Feedback has been amazing but I'm hoping to improve on it (and get some better facial hair) over the next few months.
