Splatmap Color/Point Widget

Pushed a new update to add the Splatmap color/threshold gradient control widget. Allows you to add as many colors/float points to the  Splatmap array as you would like, allowing for more terrain texture blending. Right now you want to keep the colors below the Max height relative slider, but I will adjust the relative values tomorrow to make it perfect. I also plan to work on different terrain shapes (hexagons, full height/width terrains, kidney shaped islands, etc.)
