Here's a video of a map being loaded and a player controller being placed.You select a map(currently only non-scene) just by pressing "Level" at the top right, clicking the "Maps" tab, then searching and clicking on it.
If you want to run around in it you just place a character controller(FPS only currently) and press Play(G key by default).
