A simple "What you see is what you get" editor for UI Panels / CSS.

As of right now, it only supports the basics of razor and css (No @if, @else etc.)
A few of other features (mouse hover, text input preview) are also broken because of sbox issues.
(Right now treat the editor as if you cant re-open files after you've saved them, the editor breaks a lot after opening existing files)

You can open the editor under Tools -> Panelize
