needs working npcs and not just ragdoll

An accurate representation of what Garry's Mod was, with an easy and familiar interface and handling. Several errors and issues can easily be found at this time though.

I LOVE it if u want to play something close to garrys mod use this but it needs work for the toolgun stuff
