Explore the abandoned asylum and look for paranormal activity, go ghost hunting they said!

Originally a map on Garry's Mod by Kalny recreated with some twists to it.

Notes:
certain parts from the original (like timed events) are not in this currently
due to limitations

There is a NavMesh but hasn't been tested extensively
