Embrace the Lag. Become one with the Lag. Just consider it part of the game and it become even more fun. Having to predict when the lag will come and adjust accordingly is awesome. We had several sub 9 second lobbies. Embrace the Lag. Become One with the Lag.
As a Marble Blast enjoyer this felt familiar and great, the addition of multiplayer was a really good choice too.
Art wise I think it could use a lot more work but I like what you have going with the water and skybox so far.
I'm typically a fan of more Monkey Ball-esque ball racers but this is super polished, super performant, and a whole lot of fun. The addicting gameplay loop left me unable to stop for longer than I could realize. The networking is some of the smoothest on s&box as well. I would personally love to see a main menu with singleplayer mode and level select that allows you to race against your own ghosts/get highscores without worrying about colliding with other players.
Love marble racer. Love non-marble shaped marbles. There was one map with large spheres and a purple pit at the bottom and I wasn't sure what was going on there though.
Great game, the physics feel just right for this kind of game. It's fun to see if player collisions will help or hinder you as you're racing as I have experienced both in my short time with the game. Best of luck!
I played a lot of Marble Blast Ultra in its time, and this reminds me a lot of it. This is a very well put together and fun game! I want to play more and unlock all of the skins.
