There's a new shop for building upgrades. However, the bigger the upgrade, the more buildings you'll need.

I've added a ranking based on the number of clicks.

In the bottom right-hand corner, there is now an option to mute all sounds.

I preferred to implement a cooldown to avoid very powerful auto clicks.

I've changed a few other things, like the space taken up by the leaderboard and the shop. The size of the circles on the leaderboard. I've also improved the calculation of the time for a cookie give.
