When you test defense your base and you have the rocket cilo, the rocket will launch and when you come to your base fast enough you can rocket ride it because it doesnt expload 

Sorry I just saw your message. I know about that I just left like this because I liked how you can play either it 😛 but the rocket will automatically destroy after 30sec
