Instead of downloading this package - just create player controller by rightclicking in Hierarchy, go Create -> Player Controller

I had to use an a documentation page to try and figure out how to download this, and after downloading it i don't know how to put it into the game. I just want to drag and drop a working player spawn point into the workspace like it works in roblox
