EDIT!!!! I JUST COMPLETED THE GAME ON ASCENSION 1 USING ONLY FISTS IM SUCH A MENACE, CALL ME ONE PUNCH MAN i really really love this game, prolly one of the few that make me actually want to buy s&box (currently playing while its free lol) only issue(s) is that multiplayer is buggy af, well as advertised i suppose, so the thing is when we both die, it just.... stays like that? theres no option to reset other than close the game full- its so annoying idk if its just me but its also slightly buggy so maybe unoptimised a bit? or i just got a shitty pc, either way its really hard but it feels so good when you parry and do combos, been wanting to like wizard but... ehhhh? cant figure out how to even regen mana so its not too efficient (wand doesnt seem to take mana though idk if its on purpose?), compared to warrior where you just wait a few seconds and your stamina is all back, so yea idk, i was thinking maybe a healer class or spell would be good for multiplayer anyway enough yapping, game good and its really just nitpicking, hope theres more updates to come or something :3 oh yeah, also once in multi there was a patch of floor missing and uhhh i just fell forever lol, idk if theres anything to do against that like maybe a unstuck button

An excellent dungeon crawler that lets the player choose their own adventure. It features various sliders to adjust the gameplay difficulty and allows you to select your starting gear. The game's concept is incredibly simple yet engaging; interest grows with every skeleton or bandit defeated, and the numerous treasure chests keep the excitement alive, as there is always a chance to score some great equipment. I didn't make it to the boss, but I really appreciated what I saw and want to express my sincere gratitude to the developer. I look forward to playing a similar game from this developer in the future—hopefully as a full, standalone release.

fs a diamond in the rough, has some bugs but its on its probably going to be the best game i find on here

almost 3k hours in dark and darker and always played any similar playtests. also a hobbyist game dev so i wanted to poke around s&box and was excited to see a DaD-like so i tried it out. honestly in a really good spot for the dev to keep fleshing it out! the boss fight was impressively fleshed out, and after a few raids of me dying i went all the way thru and it was a blast. cant wait to see more!

Good: - I liked the idea behind the game - An interesting battle mechanics Bad: - I have RTX 4070 12 Gb and Intel Core Ultra 5, but for some reason some dungeons lag a lot, and my FPS drops to less than 30 - Please add a mode for color-blind users, because sometimes it's hard for me to figure out what's happening in the dungeons - Playing as a mage or an archer is too imbalanced.

Its like if the Elder scrolls oblivion and dark souls had a baby. Had a great time with this one! Slow paced and tactical battle system is simple but extremely effective :)

OMG so much fun. Very survival horror. It's like resident evil meets diablo, absolute banger can't wait for more of this gem!!!
