About Improved Tools

And Improved Version of various tools. Not much atm but will be improved

Includes:
A Resizer that doesn't have a limit.
A Color tool that spits out the read color to console.

Evetually, I would like to have it set the settings for the color tool and others I may make through console but we'll see.
