Seems like a cool concept, and I like watching the parts of the castle fracture. I also appreciate the amount of work went in to documenting the project on GitHub.
Here are some of the issues that I experienced:
1. The controls aren't listed on the About page of this package
2. The gibs that spawn from broken pieces of the castle have default rigidbody sounds that don't sound correct.
3. Destroyed pieces of the castle are all the same color, so it's obvious that the model gets swapped.
I would also suggest adding a console command to disable gib despawning, for those with beefy PCs who wish to see the coolest physics possible. You could make it so that after one of the gibs falls asleep it becomes a static collider forever, and then it wouldn't cause nearly as large of a hit to performance.
