- Equip Your Workforce - Collect tools and armor with 6 rarity tiers (Common → Mythic)
- Strategic Management - Assign workers to businesses, optimize production chains, and manage 6 equipment slots per worker (Weapon, Off-Hand, Helmet, Chest, Legs, Boots)
