The UI felt too up close and cluttered, so now the UI scaling obeys your monitor resolution.
I've also improved the spectator controls UI and Round timer UI to be less jarring than before.

- Holding shift will make you fly faster in spectator

- Fix 'circle at center' css error
- Fix hunters not taking penalty damage for shooting props
- Fix Settings button not working
- Fix Server Version checker not fetching version correctly
🚯 Removed
- Disabled SSAO for now, which should improve performance
