Steps:
Played on a map solo (TTT's Aestetic Mall).
During the map changing timer, I hit escape, and in that pop-up menu I selected change map and reloaded Aestetic Mall again.
S&box froze up and the graphics glitched: the pre-map load info was vibrating/blurry and tabbing out and then back into the game presented a black screen.
