Hi, I wanted to give you all an update on what's been going on with this project in case you've been wondering:
I spent a while writing and rewriting an in-editor dialogue tool. The first screenshot is v1, the second is where it's at now. It's not yet fully functional (quests don't progress, no item rewards, etc.) as I need to finish making condition/instruction nodes and putting the final touches on the dialogue system as a whole.
The newest update includes the new dialogue panel, which I hope makes my drivel a little more enjoyable to read, as well as active/passive skill checks. It also includes (but is not yet available in-game) a home-furnishing editor to spice up your space a little.
Since the dialogue system is the bulk of this game, it means most things have to be reworked and will be missing or unavailable until that's done.
I also recognize the ginormous amount of space this game takes up, so I will be addressing that soon.
That's it for now, and thank you for checking out and playing my silly little game. It means a ton.
