The streets of Downtown don't care who you are.

You spawn with nothing. Grind a job, deal weapons, set up a business with money printers hidden away 
and pray nobody kicks down your door.

NPC police patrol the streets. They hear gunfire, chase you down, and throw you in a cell for what they find. 

Every job has a real hustle — bartenders pour drinks that blur your vision, thieves pickpocket/raid, 
gangsters run timed drug deliveries across the city, hobo's beg/guilt people into handing over cash 
and the DJ gets paid for every player within earshot of his boombox.

The King rules with divine protection until someone 
gets away with a hit. Murderers stalk from the 
shadows with disguises & Royal Guards earn 
their pay standing between the king and a bullet.

The economy runs on clean and dirty money. The best place to launder it? The casino.
