Rework of the backdrop vista
We made a breaking change :
  • The Building Phase and Fighting Phase are now merged into a single phase.
  • The game is now played in a Best of 3 format.
  • The goal is to make gameplay more dynamic by allowing players to use firearms from the very beginning of the match.
This impacts many systems : bot behavior, game clarity, UI etc..
We'll be polishing all of this over the next few days to make the game more dynamic, clear, and engaging.
  • Bots can now buy weapons
  • Bots can jump on each other's shoulders
  • Added a first iteration of a radial menu to select builds
  • You can still bind each structure to a specific key for faster access
  • By default, one shortcut now opens access to all build types
This will scale better as we add more build options.
  • Fixed an issue where the Team Respawner could be built on top of other builds
(And yes… other small unvisual fixes you probably won’t read 😄)
