Bro, this is an excellent Minecraft copy. It has co-op, which is a huge plus, as are mobs, achievements, and much more. Yes, there are some bugs, like water and lava not spreading in the overworld (but if you spill them yourself, they will flow). There are some minor issues like occasional lag and bugs, but it's basically playable. Adding a higher frame rate, a crafting system with a workbench, etc. would be perfect.

So if it wasnt a direct copy of minecraft i would not have a problem but this is going to get taken down by a DMCA strike very quickly, the idea of voxel based building is not copyrighted but using all of their art that is copyrighted
