add a item who you can add your friend inside (make choise on connected people on the same server ) .                           For exemple : my friend buy the item add me to the allow list and i can place / modifie item inside my friend plot .

Yes It will definitively be a thing in the future, that said we have a lot of things to do before so don't expect it soon but yes that's on our plans.
