A perfect example of a game that you have to make your own fun with. Not a bad thing at all just depends on player count

best and one and only game need more players and more activity not jobs only
it takes a lot of time to losd but all and all its good
I love everything about this gamemode
It's exactly like Garry's Mod's DarkRP (menu, features, job system, props menu, etc.). However, there's a major performance issue with prop management and rendering (is it a settings problem or the server I was on?), and you can only see props up to about 50 meters away (which leads to some surprises when large structures suddenly appear). Overall, there are some things missing, but it still looks promising for fans of the DarkRP we used to know
I am not going to act like an expert of dark RP on gmod I barely played it, but this kept me addicted for weeks until I lost all my money. It's definitely worth a look. You can also meet some really cool and creative people.

Needs more jobs, dev stopped updating the game
No real improvements on base Dark RP which barely worked as a "fun game" in the first place. No innovation, still manually moderated when you could just make doing crimes illegal and carry increasing jail times. If you liked original Dark RP but wanted it to be unoptimized and slow, then you'll love this. If you wanted any improvement at all, this is not it.

Make new jobs, and more. seems wayt to basic with how many people are on. other RP's that arn't part of DXRP have awesome jobs. just no players.
1:1 vanilla dark rp clone. doesn't take advantage of the new engine features or add anything new. In fact, it's missing a lot of quality of life and common place addons you would find in garry's mod.

This server doesnt have rules, just whatever the Admins are feeling that day. Pleep is especially the worst at making up his own rules. If you're not giving the server money the admins will actively disrespect you and cater towards the players who spend IRL money with them. It's kinda sad how much this server has fallen apart. The Admins give the clan of 14 year olds "Respectable Raiders" special permissions with how they build, how they behave, and overall their conduct in game. Hopefully the Admins can get their stuff together or this server will continue to die.
Spent most of my hours in DXRP.

Needs more work, very trash overall
DXRP, like DarkRP before it, has great potential, however in its current form there are too many issues for me to fully recommend it. There is a desperate need for optimization, additional content, and fixes for several bugs, along with the ability for server operators to adjust and customize more settings. DXRP either has to adapt and improve, or it will die.
LOL This is even worse than GMOD darkrp if that is even possible

Needs a lot of work. Nothing like the Garry's Mod version. Jobs are limited way to much. Optimization is horrid. Movement is slow and uninteresting. Maps chosen for the majority of the servers are the same lame version of downtown. They need to take some more inspiration from what worked on Garry's Mod and move from there.
Wouldn't play again unless they make some big changes.

Was forced to go to court in dank rp and lied my way out of it. Then proceeded to commit the same crime again.
It works fine. I think the load times are pretty abhorrent, but otherwise this essentially is the same warts and all minus some essential gmod features.
The servers and lack of players is the biggest issue atm.
