Put out the first iteration of my Infinite Mac interface in s&box, titled "s&mac".
It's kinda bad atm, as I have no way of inputting keypresses into the WebPanel, as well as a really annoying flickering bug that I was able to lessen but not fully fix, but other than that it's looking good.
Has support for multiple System versions as well as support for custom disks through Infinite Mac's disk loader. And here's some video of it in action!Any feedback would be appreciated! It's currently marked as WIP so make sure to have that toggled on in the game browser or it won't show up.
NodeUI Changes for Shader Graph Plus Made it so if a node has an error you will get a red outline around the offending node. Same with warnings except the outline color is Yellow instead of red.
Well, currently working on Going Up , a jumper game. Doing both coding and mapping currently. Working on the third level. Disposal. Trying to achieve some story-based progression through levels.
Kind of a Portal rip-off? I don't know. I take it as a Portal-inspired game, with a respect element to it.
Rather, where Portal focuses on the gun and the puzzles, I took another approach, with jumping mechanics being the lead way to get the level finished and progress to the next one. In time, I plan to add ledge grabbing, moving boxes around, and more interactive elements to complete the level.
You start the game in a level where a robotic voice leads you through it. Is it friendly, or not? Who knows, at this point! All you can do is trust it? - This helped me achieve some kind of a presented progression for the player. So the game feels like it has a life, rather than simply understanding that you need to finish the level by reaching the top. So, for that, I am thankful to Portal and the Half-Life universe itself. That is why you can notice a lot of ''easter-eggs'' aimed for Source and Source 2 games, in a style that is similar to Rat Man, from Portal. I thought to myself, what messages to leave? What could be interesting and at the same time teach you something? Well, there comes the cut content from Half-Life Universe and the one who is there. A lot of the stuff you can read on the walls is linked somehow to the Half-Life universe. Hopefully, people will notice it. So, drop by the game and check it out yourself, feedback matters, guys, reviews could help me on the progress while working on future updates!
