FR: Quests (Missions) Change

Hello. I believe quest rewards should be scaled more effectively; currently, the late-game incentives feel significantly underpowered compared to the effort required. 

QUEST REWARD * CAP MULTIPLIER
or
QUEST REWARD * (CAP MULTIPLIER / 2)
