An in-game Workshop TAB instead of the maps tab where players can browse models, props, clothing ,maps and other assets directly inside the game. Players could then "subscribe to" or add assets to a collection for easy access and use in Sandbox mode.
I know most of these features already exist in the Sandbox game mode itself, but the current menus and system feel very confusing and annoying to use.
