Hi ! First off i love love love your game! Respect!
Second, here's a couple suggestion for adding content to the game that can generate nice rp situations:
Add custom links radio and television: Bro i want to be packing some weed while listening to some gangsta rap, and i want the ability to chill at my home watching TV with my friends,
Add more ways to spend money: Making money is great, but once you have weapons i think there's a lack of ways to spend money, what i would add first: Backpacks (if you wear a backpack you can store more items), Locker extension: Pay and get more storage, some balaclava and gloves that you can buy and you can add or remove from your character just like the kevlar vest, it would avoid us to have to disconnect and reconnect for changing our clothes, an AK47 (who doesnt like AK47s),
Add zip ties that you can buy and use to restrain people
Add a potato bag that you can put on someone that is zip tied so he can't see anymore
Add a gag that you can put on someone that is zip tied so he cannot speak anymore,
Add the ability to use drugs with maybe some bonus linked to it: for example, cocaine would make you 10% more resistant to damage while it's used (limited time)
Add more ways to make illegal drugs: Cocaine, Meth, more rewarding but also more complex with more steps and investments, i will think of more suggestions and add them to this thread :)

Add knifes
Add fast food job at wackdonald, you cook pizza or burgers and you deliver to people homes, basically same job as courrier but with cooking steps: salad, tomato, cheese, burger, bread, sauce to combine.
