why couldn't i play the games?

everytime i clicked the play button, it doesn't send me to a server  or anywhere else. is there an underlying reason as to why?

Do you have s&box installed? I think by default, if you're trying to press play from the website, it'll try to use the steam://open command with the game. Maybe it doesn't do anything if the game isn't installed?
