I've been working on Roulette Hunter, a cozy roulette game where every spin helps you build a bigger bankroll. Instead of worrying about running out of money, you can always earn more with a click, then spend your winnings on upgrades that make every spin a little more rewarding.
One of my favourite parts of the project is the artwork. My wife has been hand-painting all of the little characters and decorations throughout the game, from friendly mushroom folk and sleepy bees to flowers, plants, and other cozy details that make the world feel alive. It gives the whole game a warm, storybook feel rather than a traditional casino vibe.
As you play, you'll unlock upgrades, daily rewards, player levels, achievements, prestige bonuses, official S&box achievements, and global leaderboards to compete for the biggest bankroll. I'm still actively building it, so I'd love to hear your feedback or ideas.
Update: More hand-painted friends! My wife has been busy adding even more hand-painted illustrations to Roulette Hunter. The little mushroom characters now pop up all around the game alongside sleepy bees, flowers, leaves, and other tiny details that make the world feel cozy and full of personality. The goal has never been to make a realistic casino. I wanted it to feel like you're sitting down in a whimsical storybook world where spinning the wheel is relaxing, charming, and just a little magical. I'd love to know what you think of the new art direction!
