we have created a game and it got 900$

it got 900$ payment wasted around 2k hours of me and my friend, and they cant fix their bug with payment so my 300$ is lost for half year~ fuck you facepunch. they are ignore our mails everywhere and not fix issue.

This doesn't even make sense ?    Explain better ? 

Could you specify exactly where you encountered the issue? We experienced something similar, but it was resolved once we entered our country's currency and the SWIFT code into the payment system.
