Let's dilute attempts to regulate what cannot be regulated with real ideas ->

how do you like the idea for playfund counted money only for the time in the game of players who purchased cosmetics this month?
This would make it unprofitable to create bots that play the game or have multiple accounts (though they will still exist, of course). I also suggest adding the ability to recognize in-game whether a player is active for playfund, so that developers can give these players more opportunities in online games, and possibly additional levels in single-player. This would give developers more incentive to integrate cosmetics into their games, and players would be more interested in purchasing cosmetics. Basically, a monthly subscription system, but without a monthly subscription.

The Elon Musk strat?, track bots to their irl card/bank details. Hold them accountable for actions by name. Multiple accounts? Same name? Same purchases?
Heuristics would determine the flagging of Bots at a behavior level in PlayFunded game packages.
Its not a bad strat but if the payment processor accepts anything other than unconventional banks like PayPal, Cash App, Gift cards, etc; then it could be unreliable. It relies heavily on payment processors for vetting (Which I strongly advice against, look at how payment processors have acted against valve in the last year and half).
