It's DarkRP.
Plenty of jobs, a working economy, and enough systems to keep things interesting.
The government actually works. Mayors run through elections, set tax rates, pass laws, issue warrants, and fund a police armory from the city budget. Police arrest with batons, process charges with real fines and jail time, and escort suspects to cells. Get the mayor killed and the whole thing resets.
On the other side, thieves crack keypads and pick locks, kidnappers grab victims and demand ransoms, and gang members fight over turf. If crime isn't your thing, open a gun shop with display shelves, run a casino, DJ for a crowd, or grow weed in your apartment and hope nobody notices.
Underneath all of it there are money printers that overheat and explode, parties, leveling, and TVs that stream YouTube. More is coming.
