New system: Rooms. Toilets are no longer shared spaces - you can build entirely walled off rooms for restaurants, toilets, staff.
New system: Staff management. Every staff member is unique. Hire, train and manage them. Give them raises and discipline. Staff need to take breaks in the staff room.
New system: Research tree. Unlock new features, upgrades and more. Long-term progression in a nice new tree layout.
New system: Security. Cheaters will now visit your casino. You have to hire staff to track them, place security cameras, and catch them.
New feature: Bank loans and interest
New feature: Prestige. Sell out your casino to earn permanent bonuses

This is a giant polish pass over the previous demo version. Too much to track/list really. Here's some highlights:
Massive performance improvements. 10x should be smooth.
Slot machine is now a full exciting minigame, in traditional S&Box style.
Fortune wheel is also fully revamped into a upgradeable and exciting minigame
Black jack too! Upgrade and play multiple hands.
UI overhaul and cleanup
Audio pass with many more custom and interesting sounds

Many bug fixes and improvements. Too many to list, but all bugs in the reviews should be resolved.
