I like games that feature seasonal events, and this Fourth of July event is a really nice addition. It gives you another reason to jump back in and makes the game feel more alive during the holiday.
The gameplay is simple but enjoyable, and the attention to detail makes running your shop satisfying. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy S&box simulator games!
Reminds me of those old Flash games. It's fun and nostalgic. My only complaint is that pets feel kind of useless other than giving a stat boost. I wish you could view your pets like you can in Terraria.
Cutting the bamboo is satisfying, and the sounds fit the environment really well. The weather system is a nice addition too, and helps the game stand out from Mow the Lawn.
The game seems like it could be a lot of fun with friends, but as a solo player, there's not much to do. You're basically forced to have at least one other person join in order to participate, which really hurts the experience when nobody else is willing to join.
I didn't play for very long because I had trouble getting into it. The game feels like it lacks its own identity and personality right now, and it doesn't do enough to stand out on its own. The overall experience feels a bit all over the place, with ideas that don't seem to come together in a meaningful way. I think it would benefit from more original content and game modes to help give it a stronger sense of direction.
One thing that really stood out to me was meeting Egg, the owner of the project. He was super friendly, gave me a free hat in my favorite color, and talked with me about some of the future updates they have planned. It's always nice to see a developer who genuinely cares about the community and takes the time to interact with players. I'm excited to see where this project goes and will definitely be sticking around for future updates.
Fun game to play with friends, but the atmosphere feels too calm during disasters, which makes them seem less chaotic. The game also seems to crash sometimes after dying and being sent back to the lobby. Otherwise, it's a great game, and I'm curious to see how it progresses.
Great concept for a simulator with some unique controls, but a lot of the code is AI generated, making the mechanics feel incomplete at times. The map and environment need more work, and the AI generated thumbnail looks rushed with little effort. Lots of potential, but it needs polish.
