Hey everyone! It’s been 3 days since this little project of mine went public and I’m super happy a few people have tried it and spent some time learning the mechanics.

I spent a lot of time building this game and I’m happy with what I made so far! That said, there are numerous things I’ll be implementing / fixing as soon as I’m back from holiday:

- More crops: currently there’s only 12 different crops in the game, this is boring and will get old fast. So more are coming!
- Onboarding: numerous players I spoke to seemed confused not knowing what to do when they started the game. I need to fix this and I’ll be working on creating a smooth onboarding experience for new players. This will also include lots of quality of life additions to make the overall experience better.
- Balancing: the current progression feels a bit off, you quite quickly get past the first tier of crops then you suddenly hit a wall. It’ll be a long process but I want to make the balancing and game loop a lot smoother and more enjoyable.
- Content: buying crops, planting them, harvesting them, and selling them is fun and all, but there’s a lot of waiting involved. I want to add more content to give players more stuff to do and have a better time overall. I’ve wanted to add fishing for a while, a casino for the degens, and a rare spawn “wandering merchant” that’ll have some fun rare seeds for sale. - QoL: some stuff is just annoying like no UI for knowing how to open your inventory, no crosshair, and a bunch of other things. I want to get stuff like this fixed asap to remove the annoying friction. 

There’s a lot more stuff I want to add as well but these are just some things that are top of mind currently. In the meantime I hope you guys enjoy the game.
