Pumpkin Pie Bowtie

Two slices of pumpkin pie clipped on as a bow tie, knotted with whipped cream. One says MINE. Someone took a bite anyway.
Some people dress up for Thanksgiving dinner. Some people dress up AS Thanksgiving dinner.
Two thick slices of pumpkin pie, crimped crust and all, make the wings of this very serious bow tie, held together in the middle by a big swirl of whipped cream with a dusting of cinnamon. It clips on with a black elastic strap, like any respectable bow tie. A strip of masking tape on one side says MINE. Somebody took a big bite out of that side anyway, tooth marks and all, and the other side has fork marks in it and a nibble out of the crust, so clearly nobody respects the label. Someone has also sat on the whipped cream, the slices were cut by somebody's uncle, and there are crumbs and greasy fingerprints everywhere.
Classy. Seasonal. Slightly sticky.
