Corpses fixed, swapper overhauled and overall QoL stuff

- Murderers can no longer kill each other to prevent griefing
- If a bystander kills another bystander, they're now blacklisted from ALL guns
- Flashlight now has a cooldown so it can't be spammed
- Swapper shuffle algo
- Singular form for murderer announcement
- Role shop now closes instantly on purchase
🪛 Fixed
- Corpse duplication glitch where it'd spawn multiple times due to deync
- An issue where multiple guns could drop from friendly fire
- Voice chat now renders above round end screen
- Achievements not working
