This update is a big one. The map is new (still in progress), the Malcart supermarket is fully open, and multiplayer has been completely rearchitected — each player now has their own factory. Here's everything that's new.
The map has been completely rebuilt from scratch. The layout, the visuals, the atmosphere — everything is new. Note that the map is still a work in progress, so expect it to keep evolving in future updates.
The full Malcart shopping experience is now in the game. You can walk through the supermarket, browse the shelves, and buy items to upgrade and supply your factory. The store is stocked based on what's available in the game economy.
The store runs live promotions and dynamic events. Certain candies go on sale, demand spikes, and special offers appear without warning. Keep an eye on what Malcart is pushing — it can change what's most profitable to produce.
Production lines are now much more stable. A softlock detector automatically spots candies that get stuck and clears them, so your factory keeps running without you having to intervene every time something jams.
The QTE mini-game panel now shows up and disappears correctly in all situations. Previously it could get stuck on screen or fail to appear — that's fixed.
This is the biggest change in this update. The multiplayer system has been implemented. Each factory now belongs exclusively to its owner — only you can operate your own machines and production lines. Other players in the session have their own factories and cannot interfere with yours. The game is now owner-authoritative, which means your factory runs under your authority and stays consistent even when other players are around.
