Like Unreal? It doesn't look like it. It prob wouldn't be trivial to write yourself, but it is doable (at least a lightweight version depending on your skill). Especially with say, codex and an mcp. That said, for actual development workflows, it’s still easier to collaborate through Git and merge changes rather than trying to build a full real-time editor.
