Error 1114 when starting game

[SOLVED]

I get this kind of error when trying to launch the game:

The logfile isn't being helpful, as it only has same thing as in the error window above.

I am assuming this is due to some problems with Vulkan, even though my GPU (supposedly) supports it. So far I've tried to check files integrity, installing Vulkan Runtime, reinstalling drivers for GPU, restarting PC. Unfortunately, this didn't give any result.

Here are my specs:

OS: Windows 11
CPU: Intel Core I5-4690K
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 (Latest driver version: 582.28)

Okay so as of now, the issue is solved.

 For anyone who's got the same problem, just try reinstalling C++ Redist, or install C++ Redist v14 x64 from official Microsoft website, which has worked for me (I also had C++ Redist 2015-2019 x86 which I've reinstalled, but I personally don't think that did much).
