Weird FPS problem with Hammer

I have an RX 9070 XT and the editor runs normally at 190fps, but when I launch Hammer, the hammer window viewport is at 37fps and no matter what I do (close apps, make the s&box editor viewport smaller, swtich to wireframe) anything, it is stuck at 37fps for some reason. It is making using Hammer for anything a painful chore.

Edit: Seems to be something with MSI Afterburner and RTSS server injection.
