I'm can't create an Organization

I'm trying to write a tutorial here on sbox.game.
It says I need an organziation first. I go to the create organization page.
Fill out the name and check "I'm a good guy".
I click the submit button and it turns green but nothing happens next.

It doesn't even send any network request when I hit submit, is anyone else able to create an organization?

It's because you don't own s&box
