Playfund Payout

 Does anyone know the correct email to contact Facepunch/S&box about Playfund payouts?

I have a Playfund payment that has been pending since July 2026, and I still haven’t received any payout.

I originally posted on the Facepunch forum and was told to contact billing. I emailed billing over two weeks ago but haven’t heard back. I’ve since also tried the support and finance emails, but I’m not sure which address actually handles S&box Playfund payment issues.

I mainly just want to make sure I’m contacting the right place. If anyone has dealt with a Playfund payout issue before and knows the correct email/contact, I’d really appreciate it.

I got an email from billing yesterday that helped me solve the issue (hopefully). I will know once the payment is fully finished; it isn't pending anymore, so fingers crossed!
