Can't compile code

I know this is a visual studio error but I haven't been able to find a solution online for this. It happened after I updated to .NET 9.0

nvm i can compile code again but i cant build solution on other non s&box related projects

are you loading the sln file in the sbox directory

its not just a s&box issue, its just any visual studio project as a whole
