Project and Game now just black

I haven't opened my project in a couple of weeks and today when I try to play my project it is just a black screen. I have checked my game in s&box and it is also just a black screen. The UI is still there and interactable by the looks of it, just all black.

The game is just a simple full screen Screen Panel on a Scene with my razor panel component and has been working previously.

you need a main camera now to render ui

Thanks. Simply adding a Camera to the Scene has fixed this.
