Any plans on adding a UI editor

Coming from unity I greatly enjoyed making UI inside the editor.
Simple moving images into the editor view makes it very easy to create high quality UI with little complexity.

Is there any plan on making such a tool?

i feel like S&Business can really benefit from this, especially if theres like 8bit interface or themes
