Unified camera sensitivity for players

A unified sensitivity would go a long way in helping making the game feel better for players, I just opened up one game, changed my sensitivity, and then I opened another bhop game and had to do it again. and that sucked, so I closed the game. 

Mouse sensitivity does have a unified value, the problem is it is up to individual games as to how they handle that number. Any game can just multiply the sensitivity by 5 if they want to.
