how do i make a skybox texture

i cant find how to change the material to a sky material 

idk why i linked that screen shot but i couldnt figure out what the parameters were for the sky shader is my question. like do i put sky = true, sorry i think the editor got updated recently and there was a dropdown. im dumb 

click on the complex shader, search for sky
